Partnership with Visit Mandurah to Host Charity Global TV’s Adventure All-Stars
We had an unforgettable day on the paddling trails along 'Waangaamaap Bilya,' the Serpentine River, as we partnered with Visit Mandurah to host the team from Charity Global TV.
They’re currently filming their latest season of Adventure All-Stars right here in Mandurah. This groundbreaking television series has generated almost $10 million for Aussie charities, making it one of the biggest philanthropic contributors in the world of TV.
It was an absolute blast sharing our beautiful waterways with these ‘LEGENDS’—not only did we have fun on the river, but it was equally inspiring to hear the stories of the amazing charities they are raising money for. As many of you know, I do a yearly charity hike, so this project was especially close to my heart.
Our adventure was filled with laughter, learning, and camaraderie. We delved into the history of the Serpentine River, explored Indigenous Creation tales, and discussed wildlife conservation efforts. There were raft races, group raft-ups, and paddle instructions, but the highlight had to be the thrilling kayak tug-of-war!
For me, this was a unique experience because I didn’t take a single photo during the tour—thanks to the film crew capturing every moment, I was able to fully immerse myself in the experience and cherish it without distractions.
I can’t wait to see the series on TV later this year, most likely on Channel 7. A huge thank you to everyone involved, and especially to the LEGENDS—sending you all much love and courage for the rest of your adventure!
