Welcome to Down Under Discoveries’ Accessibility Guide, a dedicated resource showcasing our commitment to inclusive outdoor experiences. We strive to create adventures that are accessible to everyone, providing detailed information on facilities, support options, and ways we can assist guests with access needs.

Our Accessibility Promise!
At Down Under Discoveries, we are actively working to make our tours, experiences, and adventures as inclusive and accessible as possible. While many of our experiences are already thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, we acknowledge that this is a continual learning process.
Providing accessible nature-based experiences is a relatively new area for us, and while our intentions are grounded in inclusivity, we know we’re only human, and there may be gaps or oversights in the information we’ve shared or in the experiences themselves.
If you notice something that could be improved, or if any information is unclear, please reach out. We wholeheartedly welcome your feedback, insights, and experiences. Let’s work together to create a more inclusive outdoors for everyone.
This is a two way relationship!
Chelle and the team have dedicated countless hours toward accessibility training, certification, and planning, creating this guide and tailoring each individual experience page to reflect our current capabilities.
However, the best insights often come directly from those with lived experience. We kindly ask anyone with accessibility needs to communicate with us directly.
Let us know how we can do better, what worked well, and where improvements can be made. Your feedback not only supports our growth, but helps make the outdoors more inclusive for others too.

Accessibility Accreditation: Recognised for Access, Committed to Inclusion
Down Under Discoveries is proud to have met the requirements of the Quality Tourism Framework Accessibility Accreditation for Low Hearing, Low Mobility, and Cognitive accessibility. This recognition reflects our commitment to supporting the accessible community and helping individuals make informed travel decisions tailored to their unique needs.
While we are not yet formally accredited in all accessibility categories, such as vision or wheelchair-specific access, we do remain wholeheartedly committed to doing everything we can to support and include individuals with a diverse range of access needs and are continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt our experiences to ensure that everyone can enjoy the healing power of nature.
