Experience Overview
Welcome to "Seascapes: Ancient Forest and Coastal Serenity" a journey that weaves together the beauty of Mandurah's pristine coastline with the profound healing of nature therapy.
This two-hour guided experience is designed to immerse you in the serene embrace of ancient limestone cliffs, tranquil waters, and soft, sandy beaches. Led by Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and Eco Therapist Chelle Fisher, you’ll embark on a mindful exploration from Seascape to Rock Pool Bay. This breathtaking coastal walk showcases the unique geological wonders of ancient limestone formations and caves, dating back to the Quaternary period, alongside the soothing sound of ocean waves.
Through a series of thoughtfully curated invitations, you will be guided to deepen your connection to nature, self, and spirit. Simple yet powerful breathing exercises will help you ground yourself in the present moment, while practices like barefoot walking and cold-water immersion offer a sensory awakening and renewal. For those seeking a creative outlet, art journaling invites you to capture your reflections and inspirations through sketches, words, or abstract expressions.
The experience culminates in a bush tucker-infused morning tea, where you'll savor the flavors of Mandurah's natural bounty, thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and soul.
Gather with fellow participants to share insights, stories, and the collective joy of reconnecting with nature. Join us for this coastal journey of serenity, exploration, and rejuvenation, where the ancient limestone cliffs and soothing ocean breeze create a harmonious space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the earth.
