Mandurah Crab Fest

Mandurah Crab Fest

Important Info!!!

On Friday 7th February we were advised that waters directly in front of our Waterways Adventure Hub will be closed for the entire Crab Fest weekend due to the Pro Waveboarding Championships.

This means the Crab Fest Scavenger Hunt, Waterbike Eco Adventure & the Gold Coin Paddle Sessions have been cancelled.

The Sunrise Paddle n Brekky By The Bay is still available as is earlier on each day.

Our sincere apologies to our guests who were booked and looking forward to each of these activities. We are equally as disappointed as you are but it is out of our hands.

Thanks for your understanding.

Gold Coin Paddle Sessions at Crab Fest 2025

Crab Fest IP

Throughout the Crab Fest weekend, we invite you to experience the joy of paddling with our Intro to Paddling sessions at the Waterways Adventure Hub. Whether you’re a first-timer or simply looking to try something new, this is the perfect opportunity to dip your paddle in the water and enjoy Mandurah’s stunning aquatic playground.

Our friendly and experienced team will provide a brief introduction to kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), covering the basics to get you started. After the intro session, you’ll have 15 minutes of free time to test out your new skills in the immediate area. It’s a fun, relaxed way to experience the beauty of Mandurah’s waterways while trying out these popular activities.

Availability is limited and dependent on equipment turnover throughout the weekend, so we encourage you to drop by the Waterways Adventure Hub when you have some free time to see if a session is available. No bookings are required, and sessions run daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

All we ask is a gold coin donation, with 100% of proceeds going to the Mandurah Volunteer Marine Rescue Group, an incredible organization that works tirelessly to keep our waterways safe.

Come along, try something new, and support a great cause while soaking up the vibrant Crab Fest atmosphere.

We can’t wait to see you on the water!
